All payments must be made in full and cleared before an order is confirmed or shipped.

Payment Verification

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, B TIME NYC reserves the right to:

• Delay or cancel an order pending verification

• Refuse payment methods deemed high-risk or unverifiable

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been fully received and verified.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments may be subject to additional verification steps, including identity confirmation or billing address verification.

B TIME NYC reserves the right to limit or refuse credit card payments for certain high-value transactions at its sole discretion.

Wire Transfers

Wire transfer instructions will be provided upon request or at checkout when applicable.

Customers are responsible for any wire transfer fees charged by their financial institution. Orders paid by wire transfer are not confirmed until funds have cleared in full.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments must be completed using wallets and networks approved by B TIME NYC prior to payment.

All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. B TIME NYC is not responsible for errors related to incorrect wallet addresses, network selection, or transfer delays outside of our control.

Orders paid via cryptocurrency are not considered confirmed until the transaction has been fully validated on the applicable blockchain network.

Currency

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

Cryptocurrency payments will be valued based on the agreed exchange rate at the time payment instructions are issued.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact B TIME NYC directly to resolve any payment-related concerns prior to initiating a chargeback, dispute, or claim with a financial institution.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested and may result in the permanent refusal of future service.

Final Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase with B TIME NYC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Only approved payment methods are accepted

• Payment must be fully cleared before order fulfillment

• Certain payment methods may be restricted or prohibited

• Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed
