Our Approach
At B TIME NYC, we specialize in luxury timepieces that often carry significant value, rarity, and collector interest. Many of the watches we offer are individually sourced, pre-owned, discontinued, limited-production, vintage, or otherwise unique pieces that cannot simply be replaced or restocked.
Because of the nature of the luxury watch market, each transaction requires substantial time, resources, verification, and market commitment. For this reason, all purchases made through B TIME NYC are generally considered final once payment has been received and an order has been confirmed.
We encourage every client to review product information carefully and ask any questions before completing a purchase. Our team is always available to provide additional photographs, specifications, or clarification whenever possible so that buyers can make informed decisions with confidence.
All Sales Are Final
Unless expressly agreed to in writing before a transaction is completed, B TIME NYC does not offer standard refunds, returns, exchanges, store credits, or cancellations.
Once an order has been finalized, payment has cleared, and the watch has been reserved, sourced, or shipped, the transaction becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.
This policy applies regardless of circumstances including, but not limited to, a change of mind, buyer's remorse, preference changes, delays caused by third parties, market fluctuations, investment performance, or the discovery of alternative purchasing opportunities.
Luxury watches frequently fluctuate in value due to collector demand, production changes, market conditions, and availability. As a result, purchases should be made with careful consideration and a long-term perspective.
Product Descriptions & Buyer Responsibility
At B TIME NYC, we make every reasonable effort to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications, and condition assessments for every timepiece offered.
However, luxury watches—particularly pre-owned and vintage examples—may exhibit characteristics, wear patterns, patina, service history variations, or age-related traits that are inherent to their nature.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all available information prior to completing a purchase. We strongly encourage clients to contact us with any questions regarding condition, authenticity, included accessories, service history, sizing, functionality, or cosmetic details before placing an order.
Completion of a purchase signifies that the buyer has reviewed and accepted the information provided regarding the watch.
Order Cancellations
Once payment has been submitted and accepted, an order may not be canceled without the express written approval of B TIME NYC.
In situations where a cancellation request is reviewed, approval remains entirely at our sole discretion. Any approved cancellation may be subject to administrative fees, payment processing fees, sourcing expenses, shipping costs, market losses, or other costs incurred by B TIME NYC as a result of the transaction.
Approval of one cancellation request does not create an obligation to approve future requests.
Delivery Inspection
Upon receiving a watch, customers are expected to inspect the item promptly and verify that it matches the order placed.
If a concern exists regarding the delivered item, the customer should contact B TIME NYC as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Prompt communication allows us to properly review the matter and determine whether any action is appropriate.
Failure to notify us within a reasonable period may affect our ability to investigate or address the concern.
Watches That Have Been Altered
Any watch that has been worn, resized, modified, opened, repaired, serviced, damaged, altered, or otherwise changed after delivery may not be eligible for review under any circumstances.
This includes bracelet adjustments, aftermarket modifications, polishing, component replacements, third-party servicing, or any other alteration performed after the watch has left our possession.
Because luxury watches are highly sensitive products, it is essential that any concerns be raised before changes are made to the watch.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our policy is that all sales are final, we understand that rare situations may occasionally arise.
Should a concern be presented, B TIME NYC may review the matter on a case-by-case basis. Such reviews are conducted solely at our discretion and are intended to evaluate the specific facts surrounding a transaction.
A case review does not guarantee a refund, exchange, repair, credit, return authorization, or any other accommodation. Each situation is assessed independently and based on the information available at the time of review.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving concerns professionally, fairly, and directly whenever possible.
By completing a purchase through B TIME NYC, customers agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, claim, or reversal through a credit card provider, bank, cryptocurrency platform, or other financial institution.
Many concerns can be resolved more efficiently through direct communication.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargebacks may be challenged using all available documentation, including invoices, payment records, shipping confirmations, delivery confirmations, communication records, authentication documentation, and transaction history.
B TIME NYC reserves the right to refuse future business from individuals who initiate improper payment disputes.
