At B TIME NYC, we understand that luxury watches require a higher standard of care during shipping and delivery. Every watch we ship is handled with attention to security, discretion, and professionalism to help ensure it arrives safely and as represented.
By placing an order with B TIME NYC, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Insurance Policy.
Shipping Methods
We utilize reputable shipping carriers and secure delivery services appropriate for high-value luxury items. Shipping methods may vary depending on the destination, order value, product type, and other security considerations.
To help protect our clients and their purchases, all packages are shipped in discreet packaging that does not disclose the contents of the shipment. Available shipping options, estimated delivery timeframes, and applicable costs will be communicated prior to shipment or during checkout when applicable.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been received, cleared, and successfully verified. Additional verification procedures may be required for certain transactions before shipment can be released.
Processing times vary depending on inventory location, sourcing requirements, payment verification, and security procedures. While we strive to ship orders promptly, all delivery estimates should be considered approximate and are not guaranteed.
Insurance Coverage
For added protection, shipments arranged by B TIME NYC are generally insured while in transit for the declared value of the item at the time of shipment, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Insurance protection applies only during the period in which the package remains in the possession of the shipping carrier. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, insurance coverage ceases and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
Signature Confirmation
Due to the value of the products we sell, signature confirmation may be required for delivery. In certain cases, adult signature requirements may also apply.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept and sign for the package. Missed delivery attempts, refused shipments, or delivery complications caused by recipient unavailability may result in delays, storage fees, return fees, or additional shipping charges.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
B TIME NYC is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or missing packages after delivery confirmation has been recorded by the carrier.
Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations and monitor tracking information closely throughout the shipping process.
Shipping Damage & Transit Claims
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to have been compromised during transit, customers should contact B TIME NYC as soon as possible after delivery.
Supporting documentation may be required, including photographs of the package, shipping materials, product condition, and any carrier documentation related to the incident.
While we are happy to assist with insurance claims when applicable, claim approval remains subject to the policies and decisions of the carrier and insurance provider. B TIME NYC cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim process.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
B TIME NYC is not responsible for delays, losses, delivery failures, returned packages, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer.
If an address correction is required after an order has been placed, additional fees or delays may occur.
International Orders
For international shipments, customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges may apply.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. B TIME NYC does not control customs processing, customs fees, or import regulations and cannot predict or guarantee customs clearance timelines.
Any delays caused by customs authorities are outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions
To protect our clients and business operations, B TIME NYC reserves the right to decline, postpone, or cancel shipments to certain locations, jurisdictions, or destinations when deemed necessary.
Orders may also be canceled if shipping restrictions, legal requirements, carrier limitations, fraud concerns, or security issues prevent safe fulfillment.
Carrier Delays
Although we work with trusted shipping providers, B TIME NYC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
This includes, but is not limited to, weather events, transportation disruptions, customs processing, carrier errors, labor shortages, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, security inspections, or other unforeseen events.
Delivery estimates provided by carriers are informational only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery commitments.
Customer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase with B TIME NYC, you acknowledge and agree that shipping timelines are estimates, insurance coverage applies only while a package remains in transit, risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery, and B TIME NYC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.
